The Solution

The Principal Adverse Impacts (PAIs), defined under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), refer to the negative effects that an investment may have on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

All PAIs are calculated on the basis of current regulatory requirements in accordance with SFDR. The data is sourced from multiple vendors to ensure a holistic assessment.

The Paris Agreement is a legally binding international treaty on climate change adopted in 2015. Its overarching goal is to limit global warming to well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels, with efforts to keep it below 1.5°C.
